I had purchased a ticket online to see the Pet Shop Boys documentary. A friend of mine decided to go and also purchased a ticket online but didn't find a seat next to me. When we approached the box office to get our actual tickets, the very nice attendant offered to switch seats for us and let us sit next to each other. She said the theater is small and could sit us on the back row. She didn't have to do that. She went above and beyond. My friend prefers to pay for her snacks in cash and they do accept it. I love SMG, especially on Tuesdays when they have $6 movies.

A decent studio very similar to the other studio movie grills I have seen before. The location is really beautiful, with Lulu lemon, Surla table, fancy restaurants all in close proximity. There is separate parking for the theater which is shared with the conference hall users and the hotel. Also, a large part of the parking is reserved between 5 am to 6 pm, after that anyone can park. The menu is extensive but vegetarians have very limited options. I wish they could add couple entree or atleast the choice of making something vegetarian from the existing menu. We purchased the avocado toast from the menu. Jared took extra trouble to check if our food and drink requests could be met, appreciated him for that. The toast was pretty good. Note, the bill did come with gratuity added, u can add more if u wish btw. The recliners are super comfy. There is a button on the attached table which you need to press if you want someone to attend to you. Its a slightly expensive, but good experience.

The theater is small and easy to navigate. When you first enter, the staff will welcome you and guide you to the appropriate door. The seating is comfortable and spacious. When reclined, staff delivering food does their best to avoid bumping into your foot and moves swiftly to avoid blocking your view. However, the movie screen is smaller than other theaters, especially if you seat toward the back. Overall good experience though. Pro tip for parking: use the garage behind the theater and park on level 2 for free to directly enter the theater with shorter walk.

Out of all the theaters in this franchise I have been to this one has to be the dirtiest especially for where it's located. I must say though the staff was cordial and helpful when any of our request were made. The food was of course the same it was decent and nothing extraordinary about it. I didn't try a drink because I was taking children to see Transformers: Rise of the Beast. The ambiance was too as to be expected people moving around anxious to see the movie they paid their money for. I would visit this location again.
